Wes started at Phillips in 1998 and has spent over 25 years of his construction experience building up our Heavy Civil operations in Florida.
He started as a junior estimator, spent time in the field as a pipe foreman and superintendent, and now serves as Vice President of Operations for our Heavy Civil Market’s Florida Group. He utilizes his expertise in all areas of operations to collaborate with our field personnel, ensuring a smooth workflow. He also reports to Phillips' Presidents, making recommendations on personnel, equipment, and production.
