Edward “Lee” joined Phillips in 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in construction.
Lee currently serves Phillips as Vice President of Operations, liaising between field supervision and executives. He comes from a vegetation management background, where he held multiple safety and operational roles before transitioning into operations leadership. He has extensive experience in vegetation removal and right-of-way construction. Lee has led vegetation management projects that have spanned multiple states throughout his career.
