Heath offers over 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction and has been with Phillips since 2013.
Beginning as an Assistant Project Manager, Heath has risen through the ranks and currently acts as Senior Vice President. He has worked on various projects, ranging from dam construction and rehabilitation to disaster services, transmission and distribution services, ROW clearing, access construction, vegetation management, substation physical security, and solar site installation.
As Senior Vice President, Heath is dedicated to Phillips Power's civil first approach, overseeing strategy and execution for substation hardening, site preparation, and laying the groundwork for resilient critical infrastructure. He also provides executive support in our disaster market through Phillips Environmental.
